5. Financial Disclaimer
Important:
Onalys is not a licensed financial advisor. Card routing, rewards calculations, spending coaching, savings prompts, tax and accounting categorization, and financial insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
You should independently verify all reward rates, annual fees, and card terms directly with your card issuer before making financial decisions. Reward rates and card terms are subject to change by the issuing bank at any time.
We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from card routing, rewards calculations, credit-usage checks, coaching prompts, tax or accounting categorization, automation outcomes, or available-data inaccuracies.
6. Payment and Automation Features
Payment, card issuing, card-switch, tap-to-pay, AI automation, coaching accountability, donation, savings, investment, and business automation features may use supported partners and may require additional terms.
- They may be provided through approved banking, issuer, card-network, or payment partners
- They may require extra identity, consent, and compliance checks
- Donations, savings transfers, investment contributions, stock rewards, or accountability stakes use supported partner rails and separate disclosures
- Apple NFC and Secure Element payment execution depends on device, issuer, network, and platform requirements
- You will receive separate disclosures before any live payment, card issuing, or AI execution feature is enabled for your account
- You remain responsible for reviewing high-risk actions before acting on them
7. Card Affiliate and Partner Programs
Onalys may surface supported credit-card products, partners, or offers. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we receive compensation if you apply for and are approved for a card.
Affiliate relationships do not override routing logic or user benefit. Onalys routes supported cards based on spending patterns, reward rates, credit usage, limits, merchant context, and user rules. We clearly disclose when an offer includes an affiliate relationship.
8. Plans and Billing
- Consumer accounts: Personal card choice, rewards, bills, subscriptions, receipts, tax records, and approved AI payment execution
- Business accounts: Employee spend controls, approvals, vendor payments, accounting records, tax reporting, and provider integrations
- Client agreements: Pricing, limits, billing cycle, and included features may vary by account type, agreement, region, and App Store terms
Paid plans may be billed through the Apple App Store or another approved billing method. You may cancel according to the terms shown at purchase. Refunds are subject to the applicable billing provider or client agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Onalys — including but not limited to the design, code, algorithms, AI models, Canadian card database, and branding — are owned by Onalys and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Onalys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, rewards, or financial opportunity, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable Canadian courts unless consumer protection law requires a different forum.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a manner that could harm other users or our business. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
